Man Space

+30new clients in the first month

Before opening day, Man Space needed to give people a reason to want to visit the barbershop. That is why the work began with the story, not the ad.

Man Space. 30 new clients in the first month with the help of social content and Meta Ads.

Before deciding what to do

Each project began with a different objective.

At Man Space, the objective was to introduce a new barbershop through its founder’s story. At Focus and Academia Workout, the objectives were to create consistent demand and a clearer digital experience.

Real cases

Two cases. Two different starting points. The same question: what needed to happen next?

The work did not begin by choosing a format. It began by identifying the value that the right people could not yet see.

Man Space

It had a strong story, but had not yet turned it into a reason to visit the barbershop.

Focus Jiu Jitsu HQ and Academia Workout

Focus needed to build trust and create demand consistently. Academia needed a website that clearly presented the venue and the next step.

First, make the value visible

The campaign began before the first post.

When Man Space approached me, I already knew Patrick, the barbershop’s founder and owner, and the journey that gave the project its meaning. Instead of starting with a generic campaign, I began by telling the story that already made Man Space different.

Social content and Meta Ads helped Man Space add 30 new clients in the first month.

My role connected the story to the result: creative direction, filming, editing, social media management and Meta Ads.

Focus Jiu Jitsu HQ and Academia Workout

One strong month gets attention. Consistency changes the business.

My work for Focus

At Focus Jiu Jitsu HQ, I manage Instagram, create content and run the Meta Ads campaigns. Together, this work has consistently helped Focus gain more than 15 new memberships per month.

Focus Jiu Jitsu HQ and Academia Workout share the same venue in Matosinhos. Focus is the jiu-jitsu academy upstairs, while Academia Workout is the gym downstairs. For Academia, I created the website that presents the venue and makes the next step clear.Message me on WhatsApp about consistent demand

From demand to decision

People needed to feel the space before their first visit.

I created a website that translates the scale and energy of Academia Workout into a fast, clear digital experience. For someone arriving online, the next step cannot create doubt.

I led the project from planning to launch: strategy, content structure, UX/UI and responsive development.

Creative control room

Select an area to reveal the work

Before choosing a tool, I identify what needs to change: value that is not being recognised, attention that is not creating demand or processes that are consuming time. Only then do I decide whether the answer is content, campaigns or a digital product.

Now, your business

The student trains. The coach tracks the progress. Nothing gets lost.

Maria Cabral is a coach who follows her students’ daily progress. I am building an application that connects plans, training, records and feedback in one flow, making that support easier to manage.
